Q: How should I order an engine?
| A: | You can order an engine online by searching our web site and then continue to the checkout process. Rest assured, one of our
sales reps will contact you to verify your order information and payment method. We will not process your order before
talking with you personally. You can also call us on our toll free number at 1-866-262-5531 to order your engine/cylinder
head or with any question you might have.

Q: SUMMARY OF OUR ENGINE LIMITED WARRANTY:
| A: | Passenger car and light truck long blocks are covered for 7 years or 70,000 miles. If failure of a long block should occur
during the first twenty-four months and it is determined the failure is due to a defect in workmanship or parts installed
by S &S, we (S &S Engine) will replace or repair the defective unit to the original buyer. During the balance of the warranty,
Supplier will replace the long block at one-half of the current retail price.
The Standard limit labor reimbursement covers labor at $35.00 per hour up to a maximum of $400.00. A Premium warranty is offered
for $110.00, which pays labor at $55.00 per hour up to a maximum of $700.00. An Extra Premium warranty is offered for
$150.00, which pays labor at $65.00 per hour up to a maximum of $850.00.
All Premium and Extra Premium warranties must be purchased at the time of sale.

Q: What is the description of engine long blocks?
| A: | All long blocks come with cylinder head(s) attached and valve train installed. Valve covers, timing cover, intake manifold
and oil pan are not included.
All long blocks have NEW valves, valve springs, valve keepers, push rods, rocker arms, fulcrums, lifters, camshaft, timing
chain (belt), timing gears, valve guides (diamond honed), three angle seats, cam, rod and main bearings, pistons, piston rings,
rod bushings (if applicable), gaskets and oil pump.
All cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts and connecting rods are cleaned and shot peened and magnafluxed for cracks.
All bolt holes are tapped.
Cylinder blocks are bored to each piston and diamond honed to 18RMS finish. All oil galleys are hand brushed with white cleaning
brushes and cylinders are hand cleaned with cleaning solution and white towels.
Cylinder heads have each valve guide diamond honed, seats are three angle. After assembly, heads are vacuum checked for valve
seating.
Crankshafts are ground and polished to 12RMS. Each oil galley is hand brushed with a white cleaning brush.
All connecting rods are honed.

| A: | Unfortunately we can not guarantee any casting numbers. If you would like specific numbers, you will need to send us your
cores to rebuild for you.

Q: Do you carry all of the engines in stock?
| A: | For the most part we do. Unfortunately there are some times when we sell them faster than we can build them or they are a
rare engine that we have no cores for. If we have the cores available but do not have one built, the standard build time
is 5 business days. On the other hand, if we have no cores available, we would ask that you send us your cores and we would
do a custom build for you.

Q: How are the engines packaged for shipping?
| A: | For the most part our engines are shrink wrapped in plastic, strapped to a palette, and placed in a cardboard box. There
are occasions when, for example if we were shipping overseas, we would use a fitted crate. This must be requested at the
time the order is placed and there is an additional charge for this option.

Q: What is a core charge and how does it work?
| A: | A core charge is basically what it would cost us to replace the block or "core" that we send out to you. You can send us
your cores, or we can use ours and charge you for the core. If we send you our cores, upon receiving your engine, you can
send us your old core (assuming that shipping is less than the core - otherwise you might want to try to sell it locally)
and we will refund the core charge minus freight charges (if the core is deemed rebuildable.)

| A: | We can ship to a business with a forklift for $175.00 or a residence for $255.00. (to save yourself some money, you can pick
it up at the closest freight dock for 175.00 we can get you the address of the dock upon request.)

Q: When I place my order, how will I get the warranty information? Also, what do I need to fill out/send back?
| A: | The warranty information will be in the box with the engine in a manila 6x9 envelope. There will be a cover sheet outlining
the warranty information as well as two (2) copies of the actual warranty - a white copy and a yellow copy. Please fill these
out while they are still attached together as it is a carbon copy. The yellow copy is for your records and the white copy
needs to come back to us with a copy of your emissions test. **If your state does not have emissions testing, or it is not
required, most mechanics will have the equipment available to get all of the readings necessary to validate the warranty.
